Jim Rudolph Appointed to State Board

Jim Rudolph, Managing Partner of the law firm of Rudolph Friedmann LLP, with offices in Boston and Marblehead, has been named by Governor Charlie Baker to the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) Advisory Board. MCAD is the state’s chief civil rights agency charged with the authority to investigate, prosecute, adjudicate and resolve cases of discrimination. Jim and the firm represent employers and employees on a variety of issues, including business divorces, wrongful terminations, non-competes, theft of confidential information and other employment related issues.
