MAY 10, 2018 – Temple B’nai Abraham (TBA) in Beverly will honor long-time TBA members and Beverly residents Deborah and Martin Greenstein at its annual gala on Tuesday, June 12. The gala will take place at Bill Hanney’s North Shore Music Theatre in Beverly. Tickets are $80 per person and include a 5:30 p.m. hors d’oeuvre reception, a seat to the theater’s opening production of “Mame” at 7:30 p.m., and an intermission dessert reception.
“Deb and Marty have always dedicated themselves to the ongoing operation of TBA, and we are thrilled to have this opportunity to honor them,” said Deb Schutzman, Executive Director of TBA. She noted that Marty served TBA for six years as president and also four years as treasurer and was instrumental in bringing about the Temple’s successful financial turnaround. He is also an active member of the TBA Brotherhood. Deb is a past president of TBA Sisterhood and served the Sisterhood for 21 years as vice president of Programming. In this capacity, she helped to create and run a variety of interesting cultural, spiritual and social programming for the TBA community, including its widely celebrated Lecture Series Brunch, which has brought many noteworthy authors to the TBA community and is now in its 15th year.
“We have a number of ways that you can help us celebrate Deb and Marty by joining us at this special event and/or by honoring them with an ad or message in our tribute book,” said Schuztman.
