It is with disbelief I read in issue after issue, article after article, about the ongoing prevalence of antisemitism in our communities, across the country and around the world. True to our mission of enhancing Jewish identity across generations, Lappin Foundation is available as a resource for Holocaust education and programming to schools, youth groups and other interested parties. The Foundation’s Teen Antisemitism Task Force, co-chaired by Marblehead students Lucy New and Sofia Vatnik, is to be commended for the work it has done during the year educating themselves and the community about antisemitism. The Foundation is offering a Holocaust Symposium for Teens, a multi-session learning experience about the Holocaust, which is available to high schools and youth groups. Educating about the Holocaust and antisemitism is our collective responsibility.
