Harold Blass, who is 101, and a former commander of Jewish War Veteran Past Post 74, led the Pledge of Allegiance on Memorial Day at the Pride of Lynn Cemetery.
Pride of Lynn partnered with North Shore Jewish War Veterans Post 220 to hold their annual Memorial Day Remembrance at the newly renovated cemetery chapel. The event was organized by Alan Gilbert, Pride of Lynn president, and Barry Lischinsky, JWV national vice commander. The service was officiated by Rabbi Bernie Horowitz, a member of JWV Post 220.
