Tziporah and Leib (Jonathan) Chulsky of Paris, France welcomed their daughter Devorah Leah – who was born on June 24 (5 Tamuz). The girl is also welcomed by her big brothers and sisters. Irina and Mark Chulsky of Swampscott are the proud grandparents. Janna Zazovsky is the delighted great-grandmother.
